What are you going to do?
You welcome all the guests who come in. You know exactly which table is still free and which guests will be sitting where. You'll also take reservations throughout the day and ensure that both the afternoon and evening run smoothly. Because of your curiosity you always know the reason for the visit of our guests. Is it a special occasion? Then you will create a nice surprise and communicate this to your colleagues in service and the kitchen.
